1. Overview

Blieasy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables travel agencies and event organizers to create and manage custom mobile apps for their trips and events. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating or managing your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Blieasy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service, use the platform to distribute spam or malicious code, or interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the system.

We may update or modify the service at any time, including introducing new features or limitations.

4. Payments and Credits

Blieasy uses a credit-based system for AI usage, notifications, and app building. Credits and subscriptions are managed through integrated payment services such as PayPal. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Blieasy uses AI technology to assist in building and updating apps. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing or sharing it.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored securely in our cloud environment (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Bliva AB or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and materials you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blieasy is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or the results generated by the AI. To the extent permitted by law, Bliva AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Blieasy if you breach these terms or misuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or payment provider.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be settled by the District Court of Stockholm, Sweden.
